Practical Nurse

Rinnekodit is a health and social care provider. We are seeking a practical nurse for Rinnekodit Atlas in Espoo (Matinkylä) to work with clients with developmental disabilities and neurodiversity. The role involves basic nursing, medication administration and rehabilitative guidance, supporting clients in physical daily activities, and providing supervision in both individual and small group settings. We offer a thorough onboarding and various trainings to ensure smooth operation. The position can be permanent or fixed-term. Employment starts when a suitable candidate is found. You will work independently and in small groups. The unit leadership provides mentoring and supports professional development, with a focus on respectful, safe, and welcoming work culture. The work schedule is usually weekdays 7:30–17:00. Applicants should have a vocational nursing degree, a Suosikki registry from the National Supervisory Authority for Welfare and Health, and a nurse card (Kanta authentication).
