About the role: Nokikaveri Oy provides you with a company car, allowing you to start your workday directly from home if you wish. A dispatcher plans and organizes customer routes for you in advance, so your workday consists solely of the chimney sweeping work for which you are trained. Our office handles other tasks such as invoicing and chimney sweeping certificates, meaning you can focus entirely on your core expertise. We offer steady work throughout the year, and you can influence your own workload. Our booking service schedules chimney sweeping sites into your calendar. We have developed our own system for the chimney sweeping industry, which makes your work more pleasant and easier. You receive and mark your work as completed on your own tablet. You can also significantly influence your own working hours, enabling a good balance between family, leisure, and work. We invest in our employees' well-being and have provided comprehensive insurance for our employees regarding potential work accidents. The median earnings of our chimney sweeps in our company are €3,450/month. With hard work, there is an opportunity to reach earned incomes of €4,000.00–€5,000.00/month. Orientation takes place in Pirkkala, where you will get acquainted with Nokikaveri Oy's operating culture and values. At the same time, you will receive the necessary equipment and the car for your use.
