Your Role The primary goal of elderly services is to support the maintenance of the functional capacity of the elderly in home care. You will work flexibly with home care clients and various tasks in pre-agreed units. In the resource pool, your job description emphasizes the readiness to move between units and clients, although you will also be assigned your own unit. In addition to basic care, your duties include nursing tasks such as administering medication and wound care. The work is a two-shift system. We value proficiency in the RAI assessment system, good IT skills, and good oral and written Finnish language skills. LOVe medication permits (can be completed at the start of employment) and experience working with the elderly and in home care are considered an advantage. Due to the mobile nature of the work, we require a valid driver's license and the possibility of using your own car. Eligibility requirements include a vocational qualification in social and health care (practical nurse) or an earlier school-level degree in the field, as well as valid registration in the JulkiTerhikki and JulkiSuosikki registers.
