We are seeking for our partner, the steadily growing and competent Randax Oy, one **MECHANICAL DESIGNER** for a permanent position in the Oulu region. You are an experienced professional with solid experience in mechanical design tasks. Experience with, or at least an understanding of, electric motors is considered an advantage. You are proficient in project scheduling and can phase and prioritize different stages of your design work while considering production constraints. Work begins as agreed, but no later than the beginning of September 2026. The position is full-time and permanent. The selected professional will be hired as an employee of our partner company. Requirements for the selected expert: - Appropriate education (Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Science in Technology) and at least five years of work experience in similar roles - Good skills in Finnish and English (speaking, reading, writing); Norwegian language skills are an advantage - Desire to grow and develop within the company over the long term - Knowledge and experience in standardization - Strong expertise and at least five years of experience working with Autodesk Inventor (or a similar 3D design software, such as CAD, SolidWorks) - Reliability and commitment - Good interaction skills and social awareness - Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills Now is the time to seize the opportunity if you want to become part of a positive, competent, and hardworking community!
