You decide how many shifts you do, allowing you to flexibly fit work alongside another job, studies, or family leave. Through on-call work, opportunities for longer substitutions or even permanent employment at Attendo may open up. The work is 2- or 3-shift work, and we can agree on the start date with you. What do we require from you? - Social and health care studies (e.g., practical nurse or care assistant degree or student) - Vaccination protection as intended by Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act to protect customers and patients throughout the employment relationship - Criminal record extract in an employment relationship lasting over three months (when working with minors, elderly, and disabled) - Hygiene passport or readiness to complete it within three months of starting employment - Fluent Finnish language skills, at least B1.1 - Sote professional card (varmennekortti) What do we offer you? - We walk beside you: Your supervisor is not far away but involved in everyday life – supporting you.
