We are now looking for several motivated MIG/MAG welders for our client in Forssa for a long-term, full-time position. Our client is an international contract manufacturer employing over 900 people in Finland and Estonia. They offer diverse manufacturing services, including mechanical and electronics production, and their own products for industrial use. In 2024 the company’s turnover was 97.2 million euros. Your workday will include MIG/MAG welding of various machine parts and components, with material thicknesses ranging from 3–12 mm. Materials include stainless steel and acid-resistant steels, and parts are manufactured according to exact quality requirements. Working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, day shift. There may be a possibility of two-shift work in the future. The employment relationship follows the Industry TES; pay is negotiable based on skills and experience. We value: experience in MIG/MAG welding; ability to read drawings; proactive and diligent work attitude.
