Automotive Service Technician

We are now looking for a service mechanic for our Seinäjoki location to strengthen our expert service team. In this recruitment, we are particularly seeking a specialist for Audi, Volkswagen, SEAT and CUPRA. This role combines the technical expertise of leading brands with customer service. If you have experience with Volvo and want to work as a Volvo Omamekaanikko, we may also have a suitable position for you. As a service mechanic, you are responsible for the customer's service and repair process from beginning to end. Your work is independent and varied and includes, among other things: - Service and repair work from start to finish for one customer - Customer contact and agreeing schedules - Fault diagnosis using diagnostic equipment and manually - Cooperation with parts sales and other team members - Volvo mechanics also work with the Renault brand. You are the customer's primary contact during their workshop visit, so your role combines technical expertise and customer service skills.
