Would you like to be our new colleague? We are looking for a practical nurse for a permanent position in home care in Loppi. Home care offers the opportunity to do individual and meaningful work where the client's well-being and quality of life are central. Work in home care is versatile, independent, and people-oriented. You will work in clients' own homes and support them in functioning safely and as independently as possible in their daily lives. Your duties include, among other things: * Basic care and daily assistance for the client * Medication administration (according to expertise and permits) * Holistic health monitoring and measurements * Supporting the client's functional capacity, well-being, and safety In home care, every workday is different. The eligibility requirement for the position is a vocational qualification in social and health care or another equivalent degree. We require registration in the central register of social and health care professionals. The position-specific salary is €2750.80/month. In addition to the position-specific salary, we pay an experience-based supplement, the amount of which can be 0%-8%. The accumulation of leave days is also determined based on the length of service. Working hours are 38.15 hours per week. The application must arrive by the end of the application period and must be submitted through the Kuntarekry system. Those working with elderly and disabled persons must present a criminal record extract as referred to in Section 6.4 of the Criminal Records Act, in accordance with Section 28.1 of the Act on the Supervision of Social and Health Care (741/2023). Remuneration and other terms of employment are determined according to the SOTE agreement. The probationary period is six months. Immediate patient and client work requires vaccination protection as required by Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act and a respiratory tuberculosis report according to Section 55.
