Nurse

We are looking for a nurse with limited prescribing rights for a substitute position in Keusote's digital team. Come to a versatile job where it is possible to work partly remotely after the initial orientation. The reception services digital team is part of the health center services of the Keusote wellbeing area and is responsible, among other things, for the area's real-time illness or health concern chat and demand arriving by phone together with the home teams. Your duties include the service and care of primary health care customers in digital and remote service channels using your prescribing training, which, due to a recent legislative reform, can be utilized better than before also in our remote services. We work in a multidisciplinary team where a pleasant and encouraging atmosphere prevails. Work is daytime work on weekdays and partly remote work, but also includes regular weekly office days. The team's office is located at Järvenpää health station JUST, which serves as the primary workstation at the beginning of the employment. However, within the wellbeing area, the workstation can be changed if necessary and according to the needs of the operation, so that we can support the smoothness of services and the development of staff expertise. Eligibility for the position: - A higher education degree in healthcare or an earlier institute-level degree. In addition, nursing authorization according to the Act on Health Care Professionals (559/1994) is required. - We also require additional training in limited prescribing for nurses (45 ECTS) and experience in the work of a prescribing nurse. We expect and hope from the applicant: - Previous experience in work involving the assessment of the need for care, health center work, and work in healthcare chat and other digital and remote services is considered a strength. - Strong IT skills are required. Experience and expertise in Omni-Pegasos and the SuomiSote digital service platform are considered an advantage. - We hope that initiative, stress tolerance, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adopt new operating methods and models agilely are your strengths.
