About the task and our expectations: As a cleaning service supervisor, you will act as a work supervisor for cleaning. You will assist the supervisor in everyday life by taking care of the organization and guidance of various cleanings, planning of shifts, quality monitoring, and developing cooperation with the customer. You will also participate strongly in the cleaning work yourself. You are service-minded and your way of working is brisk and confident. You enjoy organizing and solving problems even in the middle of a rush. Previous experience in work guidance and the cleaning industry provides good prerequisites for success in the job. We especially value your expertise and experience from healthcare facilities, as well as basic cleaning. Education in the field is seen as an advantage and we also have the opportunity to train while working. A work safety card is an advantage, but we will train it for you if necessary. In this job, you also need good social interaction skills and IT skills. You communicate effortlessly in Finnish, your English language skills should be at least satisfactory and you get a plus for other language skills. A driver's license (B) and moving in different areas is a prerequisite in this task, the possibility of using your own car is an advantage for you. Employment: The employment relationship is concluded as permanent and the start of work is according to the agreement. The working time in the tasks is full-time, morning, day and evening shift work. Remuneration in the task is according to the agreement, taking into account your previous experience and educational background.
