Sales Assistant

We are looking for a top-notch SALES ASSOCIATE to join K-Supermarket Kittilä. You will work in a brand-new store in the center of Kittilä, with modern facilities opened recently. The role includes a wide range of store tasks such as cashiering, unloading goods, stocking shelves, keeping the store clean, picking online orders, and customer service in all aspects. Customer service is the top priority, and customer satisfaction is central, with a focus on listening to customers. The position starts as soon as a suitable person is found, for the spring season and with the possibility of extension to a permanent contract. The job is full-time and includes morning and evening shifts as well as weekend work. Requirements include: excellent customer service skills and a sunny attitude; previous experience in retail and customer service is preferred but not required as training will be provided; initiative and responsible work attitude as well as ability to work both in a team and independently; eagerness to learn new things; Finnish language skills.
