Your days will involve varied duties including customer service and kitchen tasks, and you’ll do well if you enjoy hands-on work, can operate in busy times, and like to get things done together. Burger King Mikkola seeks individuals to join the team on a gig basis. Work begins according to the agreement, with shifts open according to opening hours from weekdays to weekends. During the day you’ll serve customers, prepare products, and ensure smooth service even when the restaurant is busy. Work follows a clear concept and operating methods to keep quality consistent from shift to shift. You’ll fit in if you dare to interact with people, enjoy working with customers and colleagues, like to ensure customers leave satisfied, stay active, take initiative, can handle busy periods, follow instructions and procedures, and improve your work with feedback. We provide the rest in thorough onboarding. You’ll gain experience that’s useful in any job, and you’ll be part of a team where work is done together and you’ll join the king-crew. If things go well you may progress to a Shift Lead role. Pay is determined by the Hospitality Industry collective agreement. The job requires at least 16 years of age and fluent communication in Finnish and English; you’ll manage basic tasks in both languages during daily work.
