Primary location: Jyväskylä. We are now looking for a Cook to work in Original Sokos Hotel Alexandra’s restaurants. The position is permanent and average hours are 80 hours per 3 weeks. Start date as agreed. Your duties include preparing ingredients, cooking meals, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, customer service, and active collaboration with the dining room staff. You will be supported by a great team; your workstation may be Franseska meeting and banquet restaurant, the à la carte Frans&Sandra, or the hotel’s breakfast service. We expect from you experience or training in kitchen work, enthusiasm for customer service and teamwork, willingness to take on tasks briskly and carefully, and flexible shifts across wide opening hours. Prior kitchen experience is beneficial but the key is passion for food and willingness to learn. We will train you; the restaurant manager and kitchen manager along with the team will support you. Salary is based on the Hospitality, Restaurant and Leisure collective agreement and is 13.70–15.04 €/h plus evening and weekend supplements. There is also a possible incentive bonus up to 1.50€ per worked hour. Keskimaa employee benefits are available.
