Sales and Recruitment Consultant

The work is a versatile combination of sales, account management, and recruitment. Your days consist of, among other things: * new customer acquisition and active sales work * building and developing customer relationships * offering staffing and recruitment solutions to companies * interviewing and evaluating applicants * searching for suitable employees for our customers' open positions WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? You may already be an experienced personnel industry professional or a goal-oriented sales person who wants to learn the world of recruitment. We especially value: * a proactive and active approach to work * excellent interaction and negotiation skills * a goal-oriented attitude and a desire to produce results * the ability to manage several entities simultaneously * fluent Finnish language skills * a Class B driver's license. Previous experience in B2B sales, recruitment, or the personnel services industry is considered an advantage, but the right attitude and motivation are most decisive. WHAT DO WE OFFER?
