Process Manager

The company is seeking a Process Manager for the Material and Logistics department at Luoto. The department handles production material flow including warehousing, material handling, laser cutting, sawing, grinding and internal logistics. As Process Manager you will lead daily operations of the department together with team leaders and ensure production and logistics operate efficiently according to plans. You will act as supervisor to team leaders and have direct personnel responsibility for department staff, ensuring that workplace practices and safety guidelines are followed. Your responsibilities include detailed production planning, monitoring productivity and production targets, and measuring and reporting results. You will promote continuous improvement in line with Lean principles and develop processes and standardized operating procedures to improve quality and delivery reliability. You report to the Production Manager and collaborate closely with other process managers, project managers and colleagues in sales, quality and design. We are looking for someone with experience in supervision, production and development projects; who enjoys improving processes and standardized workflows; who communicates clearly and can motivate, listen and support the team; who works systematically and tracks goal attainment; and who is proficient in Finnish, Swedish and English.
