Telia Oulu Sales position: We are looking for new talent to join the Oulu sales team as part of our growing operations. You will work as part of a team where every contribution matters to our shared success. You will receive training for the role, so previous sales experience is not required. You will get a comprehensive, practical onboarding that lets you try independent work shortly after starting. As Telia’s salesperson, you help create customers’ best moments of the day together with your team. Your customer base includes current and new customers to whom you can offer world-class service and sell our quality products and services. Work is mainly by phone, with some meetings at shopping centers and stores. You will have the opportunity to do multi-channel work, moving from customer service calls to cold calling within the same shift. With an proactive approach you ensure there are always sales positions available. Salary and working hours: base salary is among the top in the field (17.14 €/h) plus bonuses based on sales results. You can influence your own pay level and your work has meaning. We offer a permanent 24–37.5 hour per week contract, with shifts also in evenings and weekends, so the job suits a fast-paced daily life. What we expect: hard-working and goal-oriented attitude, genuine enthusiasm for sales and customer service, good communication skills in Finnish and English, ability to use digital tools for learning and solving problems, willingness to work the maximum hours stated in the contract.
