À la carte Waiter/Waitress, join our team! We are currently seeking an à la carte waiter/waitress for our client companies for a versatile role where you will work in both à la carte restaurants and private events. You do not need to be an à la carte veteran; you can be a waiter/waitress at the beginning of your career with a passion for developing your skills. However, we hope that you are already familiar with à la carte service! This position offers varied workdays, a wonderful working environment, and a team where professionalism and a warm community spirit go hand in hand. For an enthusiastic and energetic multi-skilled person, more shifts may be available ;) What we expect from you: * Basic skills in à la carte service and some previous experience in restaurant work. * A positive and customer-oriented attitude – a smile and a willingness to serve are part of who you are. * Energy and passion to develop – attitude is more important to us than years of experience! * A desire to learn new things, such as the art of pairing wines and food. * Readiness to work both evening and weekend shifts. * You value high-quality work but don't forget a twinkle in your eye. * Fluent Finnish language skills – other language skills are a plus!
