Production Worker

Our client is a food industry company with long traditions, producing high-quality products for consumers and the food industry. The company focuses on high-quality production, responsible operations, and the development of its staff's expertise. Your Workday Your workday as a production worker consists of versatile production and packaging tasks in the food industry. You will work on production and packaging lines, using various production and packaging machines and monitoring their operation. You will ensure product quality and verify that they meet the set quality requirements. Additionally, you will participate in other production tasks. The work requires precision, care, and adherence to food industry hygiene and quality requirements as well as occupational safety instructions. The work involves occasional physical exertion, so good physical functional capacity is required. Previous experience in the food industry or production work is considered an advantage but is not essential, as you will receive comprehensive orientation for the role. Work is primarily performed in two shifts, but the role requires readiness to work in three shifts if necessary. The employment is fixed-term until the end of 2026, and the start date is by agreement. Remuneration is determined according to the Food Industry collective agreement.
