Energetic and proactive Maintenance Coordinator/ Specialist to join our top team! We have a relaxed and supportive work environment that values autonomy and collaboration. MVH is a service company offering economical, investment-free and carefree space solutions to clients. We guide construction, monitor project progress and take care of the lifecycle of properties. We have over ten years of experience in the construction, ownership and maintenance of social and health care service properties. In 2025 MVH Group's balance sheet exceeded 100 million euros and revenue was about 11 million euros. Main tasks: Daily maintenance and management of properties, supporting procurement, contracts and maintenance activities, and ensuring property security in collaboration with the rest of the team. Monitor the functionality of technical systems, track energy consumption and building automation events, and investigate deviations when necessary. Customer relations: support for tenants and other stakeholders. Project work: participate in planning and executing maintenance and development projects with colleagues. Finance and reporting: assist with invoices related to procurements and increase cost awareness in property maintenance. Why join us? Background in real estate/building sector or near completion of related studies; suitable education (e.g., building technology) is supported.
