Unit Manager for a special unit

We are looking for a Unit Manager to start a new residential unit for child protection in Valkeakoski. The unit will serve seven children aged 10-17 with special support needs, focusing on those with developmental disabilities, developmental delays, or neurodiversity. The unit will be part of a larger complex with another residential unit in the same building and a school on site. The Unit Manager will oversee care, upbringing, rehabilitation, daily operations, and leadership. You will plan methods and may recruit a team. Responsibilities include leading care, upbringing, and rehabilitation work, customer relationships, staff and finances; planning staffing, competence, and operations; supervising the unit's supervisors; being part of the care and upbringing team; participating in service evaluation and development. Requirements include AMK degree in social/health or upbringing, prior social/child-protection experience, leadership experience; development disability expertise is a plus.
