Responsibilities

Lead and develop your client portfolio
Ensure the team's delivery capacity, quality and profitability
Drive development of expert work and client responsibility in daily operations
Identify and foster business opportunities
Sales and growth responsibilities including developing existing client relationships and seizing new opportunities
Collaborate with sales and other experts to craft solutions and proposals
Lead a team of accounting experts with clear, hands-on leadership
Support professional development and prioritization of work
Ensure high-quality output and alignment with target goals

Requirements

A suitable university degree (e.g. Master of Economics or tradenom) or equivalent experience in financial management
Several years of experience in qualified roles in finance and accounting
Experience from a demanding customer-oriented environment (accounting firm, consulting, Big4, or in-house)
Experience with accounting systems and ERP environments (Procountor, Netvisor, Dynamics 365, SAP)
Ability and willingness to take responsibility for client relationships, team and business development
Ability to combine finance expertise with customer understanding and business perspective
Good communication and collaboration skills, and independent long-term working style
Fluent Swedish, Finnish and English
