Pay: According to OVTES, basic salaries according to the pricing identifier https://www.kt.fi/sopimukset/ovtes/palkat-palkkiot Eligibility requirement: Qualification as a lecturer for upper secondary school guidance counseling. Teacher qualifications are determined in accordance with Decree 986/98 on the qualification requirements for teaching staff. For fixed-term positions, we also consider applicants who do not meet the formal qualifications. The position requires expertise in guidance counseling, experience in upper secondary education, and proficiency in electronic learning platforms. The selected candidate must present a criminal record extract as referred to in Section 6.2 of the Criminal Records Act. We value good social skills.
