I am now looking for my first employee, for whom a car is already ready. To work in the passenger and goods transport sector, you must have professional competence, i.e., a taxi driver's license. Lack of a license at this stage is not a problem, as I can pay part of the associated costs as a bonus under certain conditions. It may even be better if you have no experience in so-called "traditional" taxi operations. The work is very flexible, easy, and relaxing; in this role, you will gain valuable work experience in addition to professional competence. An entrepreneurial attitude is a plus, as you will have a car at your disposal, and its daily maintenance will be part of your duties.
