Logistics Worker

Mäntsälä warehouse is buzzing as the best buyer in the world has filled the warehouses with diverse and sustainable products. Logistics workers have an important role in our supply chain so that the products our customers want are found on the shelves of our more than two hundred stores. According to our logistics workers' personnel survey, one of the best parts of the job is the nice and encouraging colleagues. We want to maintain the good working atmosphere, so an active colleague with a positive attitude fits our group. In warehouse work, you will pick products store-specifically using voice guidance and various forklifts. You can influence your income level, as in addition to the monthly salary according to the TES and shift differentials, you can earn extra money monthly in the form of a production bonus by working hard. We offer seasonal jobs for the Black Friday and Christmas seasons. Work starts according to the agreement during the autumn and continues until 20.12.2026. The work is 2-shift work, and work is mainly done from Monday to Friday in alternating weeks in the morning shift from 6-14:00 and the evening shift from 14-22:00. Occasionally there may be working days on Saturdays. Please note that our warehouse cannot be reached by public transport according to the shifts. You would fit into our happy work group if you have: Interest in warehouse work and are at least 18 years old; A positive and flexible attitude; Accuracy, diligence and initiative; Ability to see things through and keep the warehouse tidy on your part; Desire to be a nice colleague; Satisfactory Finnish language skills; Ability to work in two shifts and occasionally on Saturdays; Good physical condition is necessary, as one collected roll weighs about 100-150 kg and a picker collects an average of 30-35 rolls per day. We promise to familiarize you thoroughly with your new tasks. Logistics education or previous work experience in logistics work is considered an advantage, but is not essential.
