A small meat industry company is seeking a multi-skilled professional. What you slaughter on Monday, you cut into sales portions by the end of the week. As a cutter, you will primarily demonstrate your skills with grain-fed pigs, and occasionally with beef and lamb. Our slaughterhouse line handles grain-fed pigs, beef, and lambs. Stunning certification must be held at least for pigs. The weekly rhythm consists of slaughtering on Monday and curing on Thursday, and also on Fridays during peak seasons. Roinilan Lihatila is a small meat industry company operating on a 'field to table' principle. The farm has its own piggery, a small-scale slaughterhouse, and sales channels via mobile meat counters (market trucks) directly to consumers. Our subsidiary, Roinilan Aromiliha, processes sausages, cold cuts, and deli products for sale. There are about ten staff members year-round, with a few extra pairs of hands during the summer season.
