We are looking for a Child Day Care Worker for Norlandia Otso. You are someone who listens, sees, and is genuinely present in the everyday lives of children. You are a professional in early childhood education who builds an environment that leaves room for learning, wonder, and collaborative activities. What we expect from you: You are a qualified early childhood education child caregiver who can support children's growth, play, exploration and discovery in daily situations. You work naturally with your group’s other professionals and families to ensure the day proceeds calmly and coherently. You participate in planning activities and development, taking responsibility for ensuring daily situations progress in a way suitable for the children and support their learning.
