We are looking for a healthcare assistant for a permanent position. The pool of substitute staff replaces immediate and short-term vacancies between units. The initial workplace is the Inari Home (Männikkö). Staff development is planned as needed and all units will provide the necessary orientation. Varahenkilöillä have pre-planned shifts and different units book staff accordingly. Our units employ communal shift planning, making work-life balance easier. The required qualification is a lähihoitajan degree or a prior vocational qualification in the field and registration with JulkiTerhikki and/or JulkiSuosikki (Licensing and supervision authority). Sámi language skills are considered an asset. Terms follow the Sote agreement. A 6-month probation applies. Before starting, a criminal record check under the Social and Health Care Supervisory Act must be provided. A vaccination shield is required per health and infectious disease laws.
