Job Details
Responsibilities
- Linguistic tasks
- Coordination of the linguistic team
- Reviews copy and gives feedback to testers; communicates feedback received from the client
- Supports testers in understanding corrections from arbitration
- Liaison for terminology, style issues, product features & questions
- Supports onboarding of new testers
- Identifies linguistic training needs; creates, maintains, and delivers linguistic training program
- Quality management planning and execution
- Client engagement
- Linguistic assets management
- Complete assigned tasks in a quality and timely manner.
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in Croatian
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working with customers and stakeholders at different levels
- Ability to provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback
- Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and linguists
- Enjoys supporting and training others
- Available to work full-time
- Onsite in Austin, TX
