Korsmalmin hoitokoti Lapinjärvi, Finland, seeks a motivated full-time healthcare assistant for a permanent position. The facility is located in Lapinjärvi in eastern Uusimaa, in a rural setting with a courtyard designed for shared activities and nature enjoyment. The yard features seating areas in sun and shade, a grill hut, and outdoor activities such as darts, mölkky, and croquet. The back terrace serves as a smoking and social area in summer. Nearby there are good outdoor trails, running tracks, blueberry moor, and autumn mushrooming. Korsmalmin Hoitokoti is a private facility offering around-the-clock care at various levels, from enhanced supported living to assisted living. The target group includes adults with substance use or dementia, and substance use and mental health rehabilitation patients. The home has 41 resident places (25 single, 8 double rooms) and common spaces like reading nooks, living rooms, and dining areas.
