About Us We are a 13-bed neurological ward treating patients with sudden and serious diseases of the central nervous system. Our patients primarily arrive from the emergency department or other specialized care wards. Some patients also arrive via outpatient care reservations. We treat a wide range of neurological and neurosurgical patients. Key symptom and disease groups include stroke patients, epilepsy patients, patients with central nervous system infections, research patients, and MS patients. We operate according to individual responsibility nursing, meaning the practical nurse is holistically responsible for the care of their own patients. However, work is never done alone, but in cooperation with colleagues. We value good basic care skills, teamwork abilities, and a willingness to learn and develop at work. You will receive individual orientation, during which you will not be counted toward the staffing strength. We work in teams, providing a safe environment to develop into a neuro-nursing expert. In addition to colleagues, you will receive support from active supervisors and our nursing experts. Orientation is planned individually considering your previous expertise, and a clinical instructor supports your induction. The work is three-shift work. Through collaborative shift planning, you can influence your shifts and coordinate your work and free time. Ample parking is available for staff who drive.
