About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Platform group, shaping the foundations that will power Nexthink’s next generation of AI-driven capabilities. Nexthink is entering a new phase of platform evolution. We are rethinking our core architecture to scale for the future and to enable new experiences powered by AI. As part of this transformation, you will work on foundational capabilities that make Nexthink even more open, modular, and intelligent, so that new features and experiences can be delivered faster and with greater impact. A key mission for the platform over the coming years is to make Nexthink dramatically simpler to adopt, deploy, and realize value from. Achieving this vision will require significant platform simplification, and deep integration of AI to guide customers automatically through setup, configuration, and insights. This role requires a systems thinker who thrives in complex technical environments and enjoys connecting strategy with execution. You will translate ambiguity into structure, help redefine how our platform supports AI-first use cases, and drive collaboration across teams to make it real. You will collaborate closely with other platform PMs, architects, and feature teams to design these foundations, ensuring that Nexthink's platform not only scales technically but also empowers IT teams of every size to succeed with minimal effort. What You’ll Do - Shape Nexthink’s next-generation platform: Define and evolve platform capabilities that make the product faster to build on, easier to scale, and ready for AI-powered experiences. - Enable simplicity through AI: Partner with engineering and feature teams to identify opportunities where AI and automation can simplify configuration, setup, and ongoing management for IT teams. - Drive collaboration across teams: Work with other platform PMs and feature PMs to identify integration points and design reusable, high-impact components. - Translate complexity into clarity: Define clear platform outcomes, technical abstractions, and trade-offs that align engineering, data, and product priorities. - Drive platform modernization outcomes: Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to translate long-term technical initiatives into a clear product vision, roadmap, and measurable impact. - Ensure cohesive platform evolution: Anticipate cross-domain dependencies and make prioritization and sequencing decisions that keep the platform aligned and reliable. Qualifications - Experience: 7+ years in Product Management within enterprise software or complex SaaS platforms. - Technical acumen: Solid understanding of backend systems, APIs, data models, and cloud-native architectures. - Systems thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, define scalable solutions, and connect technical trade-offs to business value. - Customer-facing skills: Proven ability to engage credibly with enterprise IT teams, translating complex concepts into clear outcomes for customers. - Communication: Clear, concise, and structured communicator, able to influence and align both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives. - Language skills: Professional-level English, spoken and written. - Mindset: Entrepreneurial, outcome-driven, and adaptable; a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and learns new technical domains quickly. - Collaboration: Passionate about solving challenging problems in a constructive, cross-functional, and global team setting. Additional Information - Permanent Contract and a competitive compensation package. - Beautiful office with a view of Lake Geneva, conveniently located next to the Prilly-Malley train station - Hybrid work model balancing office and remote work - Flexible Hours and unlimited vacation (employees have unlimited paid time off on top of the 25 days of holidays we offer) plus 3 company-paid volunteer days. - Free access to a fitness centre inside the building. - Reimbursement of the half-fare travel card for public transport. - Reimbursement up to 50% of the cost of French classes. - Fresh fruit, cookies, and soft drinks as well. - Regular company and team events like Voluntary Days, Pizza talks, Team Building activities, hosting Meetups at the office and more! - Bonuses for referring successful hires after three months of continuous employment. - We offer a relocation package to people who are coming from another country.
