Health Services Director

We are now seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Health Services Director to lead and develop customer‑driven, accessible health services in Eastern Southeast Finland. At Terveystalo our work is focused on health, with over 14,000 professionals across nearly 400 locations. You will lead health services in your region, oversee service profitability, customer experience, quality, and staff success, and guide competent leaders and professionals toward shared goals. The role is a permanent, full-time position with potential for flexible and partial remote work, and requires travel within the Kaakkois-Suomi area (South Karelia, Kymenlaakso, Etelä-Savo, Päijät-Häme). You will be a key member of the Southeast Finland regional leadership team, contributing to ambitious goals, a culture of collaboration, and a mindset to succeed together.
