Logistics Worker

We are looking for logistics workers for permanent positions at T-DRILL in Laihia **What will you be doing?** You will join T-DRILL's logistics team, ensuring smooth internal logistics and packaging operations. You will receive incoming shipments, unload loads using a forklift, and ensure materials are moved to the correct locations for production and warehouse needs. The goal is to ensure that material flows operate efficiently and goods are in the right place at the right time. You will use the Monitor ERP system to manage and record material flows. In addition to internal logistics and packaging tasks, some duties include the sub-assembly of tools. The final area of responsibility will be determined based on the selected person's skills and experience. The position offers a versatile and practical daily routine where thoroughness, cooperation skills, and a proactive work approach are emphasized. You will receive comprehensive orientation and support from a skilled logistics team to ensure your success. The employment is permanent and full-time. Working hours are on weekdays between 6:30 AM and 4:00 PM, and your workplace is located in Laihia. The employment contract is signed directly with T-DRILL Oy. **What are we looking for?** We are looking for a proactive and responsible individual with previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or production environment. You will succeed in this role if you work carefully, maintain order, and enjoy practical work as part of a team. We expect experience in forklift operation, basic IT skills, and the ability to work smoothly as part of a team. Since some tasks include the sub-assembly of tools, experience in assembly work or an interest in mechanical work is considered an advantage.
