Terminal Operator

Join our professional team as a Terminal Operator at Rauma terminal. You will be responsible for the handling of ships’ cargo at the terminal, including unloading liquid chemical cargo, pumping, and loading. The role is practical and accountable, and is a central part of ensuring smooth operations across the supply chain. You will support the training of tanker truck drivers and ensure equipment is running reliably through maintenance and repair activities. The position is permanent and begins as soon as the agreement allows. Work is performed in shifts (day and evening) with a routine of warehouse and boiler rounds when ships are not docked for loading or unloading. Key tasks include managing logistics by safely loading/unloading tanker trucks, monitoring process parameters (tank levels and temperatures), performing preventive maintenance, and maintaining a safe and tidy work environment. English language skills are required.
