Production Specialist

We are seeking experts for Consti Korjausrakentaminen Oy's Public sector business area. Do you want to be part of implementing some of Finland's most demanding public sector building projects? We are looking for experienced experts in procurement, production, and building services. Consti's Public sector business area is responsible for projects that combine new construction, extensive basic improvements, and demanding premises and special environments. The person we are looking for has a suitable educational background (e.g., RKM, RI, DI, technician) and previous experience in demanding collaborative projects in new or renovation construction. We are looking for several new experts for our growing project organization: - Procurement Engineer/Manager: You are responsible for the competitive bidding of project procurements, contracts and supplier cooperation as well as the planning and management of procurements. - Site Engineer: You are responsible for the schedule and quality management of work phases, as well as the contract management of subcontracts. Depending on your expertise and interests, the role can be modified so that you delve into a specific engineering task, e.g. quality engineer's tasks. - Site Assistant: You support the daily life of the site and supervisors by handling administrative tasks of the site, such as documentation and orders. You are responsible for the daily matters of the site office. - Financial Assistant: You take care of the site's financial management: processing invoices, cost monitoring and reporting support, and ensure that financial information is up to date. - Experienced Foremen: You are responsible for the daily production management of named work phases or areas in accordance with the set goals. - Foreman/site engineer, building services: You are responsible for the coordination and management of building services and construction work belonging to your area of responsibility together with other foremen and building services contractors. You ensure that building services are implemented according to plans on schedule. - Occupational Safety Expert: you are responsible for the development of site safety, the induction process, risk management and the monitoring of the implementation of safety requirements. Depending on your experience, the role of the site's occupational safety manager can be included in your responsibility. Success in the tasks requires previous experience in construction projects, the ability to work in cooperation with different stakeholders and a systematic and responsible approach to work. In several roles, cost, schedule, quality and occupational safety expertise as well as good interaction skills are emphasized. For the site and financial assistant roles, previous experience in construction industry official tasks is a requirement.
