We are now seeking a skilled ELECTRICIAN for our property maintenance team in KUUSAMO! In this role, you will combine electrical expertise with the practical nature of property maintenance. Your duties include the maintenance, servicing, and repair of electrical equipment in our client properties, as well as diverse property maintenance tasks. These include, for example, the maintenance of other building technical systems, monitoring and adjusting building automation, general maintenance work, and outdoor area maintenance both manually and mechanically. Work is primarily performed on weekdays from 7:00 to 15:00. Additionally, the role includes an on-call shift of approximately one week on average every 7 weeks. On-call duty requires 24/7 readiness to go to work, for which a competitive separate allowance is paid. The employment is permanent and begins as agreed as soon as possible. The position is paid at least according to salary group 9 of the Property Services Sector collective agreement, with possible overtime pay based on actual hours worked and a possible education allowance based on the completed degree. Salary group 9 is €17.22/h starting August 1, 2026. Additionally, a personal allowance may be paid based on expertise. ISS is the place for you! Valid cards are considered an advantage, but we will arrange training if necessary. - previous experience in property maintenance tasks and construction handiwork are considered an advantage. - a driver's license and the possibility to use your own car, for which we pay mileage compensation. - fluent Finnish language skills and good physical condition. - up-to-date IT skills; you use computers, mobile applications, and electronic maintenance logs fluently. - a proactive and precise way of working as well as problem-solving skills. - commitment to safe working practices; safety is the ISS way of working. - an excellent service attitude, ensuring smooth cooperation with the customer. - a clean background; a condition of the employment contract is passing a basic security clearance to ensure reliability in accordance with the Security Clearance Act (726/2014).
