We are seeking a sales associate on a 25h/week hourly contract for Helsinki, Kamppi shopping center. As a sales associate at Ur&Penn, you will work independently in active sales. The work is shift-based, covering all days of the week with morning and evening shifts. As the Store Manager's right hand, you will be responsible for the daily operation of the store together with the Store Manager, ensuring that the store is presentable and in accordance with the concept. You will take leadership of the store in the Store Manager's absence and substitute for them, for example, during vacations. **In your role, you will be responsible for:** - customer service - the general appearance of the store and inventory - simple maintenance procedures for watches - cash register operations - ear piercing - add-on sales - visual merchandising - product replenishment - the store in the Store Manager's absence **We are looking for someone** who has a passion for sales and customer service and wants to work with watches and jewelry in our store.
