Tilitoimisto Roine acts as a reliable partner in all stages of a company's growth. We are now looking for their team of approximately ten people.. OFFICE MANAGER IN LOHJA. The position combines expert work and first-line supervisor responsibilities. You will be result-responsible for the comprehensive management of your own client portfolio, as well as for the smooth daily operation of the office and the development of the team's activities. Your team consists of experienced financial management professionals, and the focus of the role is on work organization, resource management, and team facilitation. Additionally, you will hold primary responsibility for the personnel administration of your own organization. The role is primarily based on-site at the office. WE EXPECT FROM YOU: * Prior experience in accounting firm work * Suitable education (e.g., KLT or PHT) * Ability to lead and develop the team and operations * Interest in industry development and a desire to innovate working methods * Good interaction and organizational skills CONSIDERED AN ADVANTAGE: * Experience in supervisor or team lead roles * Proficiency in industry software, e.g., Procountor, Netvisor, or Fennoa.
