Freelance Site Manager – Solar PV | Colgone, Germany | 9-Month Contract We're seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to support the construction of a utility-scale Solar PV project in Germany on an initial 9-month contract. Key Requirements: Proven Site Management experience on large-scale Solar PV, renewable energy, or power projects Strong Electrical and Mechanical Engineering background Experience managing subcontractors, site activities, HSE, quality, and project schedules Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) Ability to work on-site in Germany Responsibilities: Oversee daily construction activities Coordinate electrical and mechanical installation works Manage contractors and site teams Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards Report progress and resolve site issues Support commissioning and project handover 📍 Germany (site-based) 📅 Initial 9-month contract, with potential extension 💰 Competitive day rate If you are interested in this role, apply below or send your CV to contact@g2recruitment.com
