Attendo is seeking a heartfelt Instructor for a full-time parental leave substitute position from September 21 to November 20, 2026, at Attendo Loiste, a facility for people with intellectual disabilities in Hämeenlinna. The role involves working alongside residents to map their resources, identify needs, and plan, implement, and evaluate their functional capacity and care. The work follows a 3-shift rotation from Monday to Sunday. Key responsibilities include daily support for residents, administering medication according to the home's plan, performing RAI assessments, handling household tasks with residents, and collaborating closely with relatives and a multidisciplinary team. Requirements include a vocational qualification in social and health care (Practical Nurse), LOVE training, the ability to handle demanding medication, required vaccinations per the Communicable Diseases Act, a hygiene passport, fluent Finnish, a criminal record extract, and a Sote professional card.
