We are participating in a competitive tendering process and are already looking for professionals interested in positions starting from September 1, 2026. We are seeking employees for sudden absences and shorter substitutions in social and health care service housing and home care units, primary health care outpatient services, general medicine wards, adult psychosocial outpatient and housing services, care rings, and social welfare disability services. You may specify in your application which work location you would prefer. The locations where we are seeking employees are: Kruunupyy, Luoto, Pietarsaari, Pedersöre, Uusikaarlepyy, Vaasa, Laihia, Mustasaari, Vöyri, Maalahti, Korsnäs, Närpiö, Kaskinen, and Kristiinankaupunki. Most units are bilingual and serve both Swedish- and Finnish-speaking patients and clients. Requirements: - Degree as a Practical Nurse - JulkiTerhikki registration - Valid LOVe medication permits (LOP, PKV, KIPU 1) - Vaccination protection according to Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act - Good Finnish language skills - Good Swedish language skills for Swedish-speaking units Compensation Estimated pay is €17.88/h + 9% holiday compensation, totaling €19.49/h. Final compensation will be confirmed after the tender process is resolved.
