We are now seeking an industrial assembler / mechanical installer for a permanent position at the assembly plant in Rauma to join our skilled and committed team. Your tasks: * Assembly and installation of large mechanical and hydraulic parts and sub-assemblies. * Strict adherence to technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and quality instructions. * Partial testing and final inspections of completed equipment to ensure high quality. * Close cooperation with other production professionals. What we expect from you: * Suitable education and experience: You have education in the machinery and metal industry or another technical field. * Previous experience in heavy industrial assembly or the maritime industry is considered an advantage. * Proficiency and tool readiness; you can read technical drawings fluently. * Familiarity with the use of heavy hand tools and lifting equipment. * Attitude: You perform your work carefully, accurately, and in accordance with safety regulations. * You are proactive and enjoy being part of a team. * Proficiency in Finnish. * A clean background; we conduct a security clearance for employees.
