Your tasks include assisting the team with sushi box packing in the morning, then independently setting up and maintaining the sushi buffet throughout the day. You will also be responsible for preparing sushi ingredients, especially handling salmon. In addition, you will help with other kitchen duties as needed. We only accept applicants who have a valid Finnish work permit or the right to work in Finland. We are only looking for experienced sushi chefs with good sushi making skills and salmon handling skills are essential.
