Spotters in Vaasa/ Spotteri Vaasaan Työsuhteen muoto: Määräaikainen Haku päättyy: Avoimet paikat: 6 Hae paikkaa Spotters wanted for a large construction site in Vaasa We are looking for spotters to join a large construction project in Vaasa. As a spotter, you will play a key role in maintaining safety on the construction site while heavy machinery is in operation. Your main responsibility is to ensure that machine operators can work safely, especially in situations where their visibility is limited or when work is being carried out close to structures, pedestrians, or traffic routes. You will help ensure that the work progresses safely and efficiently. This is a full-time position. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with shorter shifts on Saturdays (7:00-13:00). Please be prepared to work longer hours when needed. Please note: This position requires English language skills (Finnish language is an advantage). What we are looking for: You are likely to succeed in this role if you have: Access to a car, as the construction site is difficult to reach by public transportation Good command of English Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or assembly work A valid Occupational Safety Card (Työturvallisuuskortti), or willingness to obtain one A safety-first mindset and commitment to safe working practices A reliable, responsible, and careful approach to work A positive attitude is just as important as experience.
