DEKRA's extensive national and international expertise in different business areas helps our customers succeed. **Your typical day** We are seeking service advisors for the comprehensive service area of Ikaalinen, Jämsä, Tampere and Pori for driver's license and other road traffic permit services. As a service advisor, you combine high-quality customer service, management of permit processes and precision-demanding official work. Your workday consists of customer encounters at the offices and by phone, processing permit applications, administering theory exams for the driver's qualification, and registering vehicles. You are an important part of the service chain that supports safe mobility in Finland. **Your responsibilities** - Serving customers at the office and by phone. - Processing applications related to driver's licenses and other permits. - Administering driver's qualification theory exams. - Managing appointments for permit services and theory exams. - Registering vehicles. - Ensuring a high-quality and consistent service experience. **Our expectations** - Experience in versatile office tasks, customer service, and operating in a regulated environment. - Understanding of the importance of high-quality customer service. - Knowledge of driving rights and personal permit processes and their lifecycle. - A precise and careful approach to work. - Fluent skills in Finnish and English, and at least satisfactory skills in Swedish. DEKRA provides Traficom's driver's license and personal permit services as well as theory exams. Employment contracts are concluded as three-year fixed-term agreements, and both full-time and part-time positions are available. The employment follows the Collective Agreement for Officials in the Automotive Sector. Selected persons must complete initial training and undergo background checks related to official work.
