Customer Service Advisor

Two fixed-term Service Advisor positions are available from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027 at LähiTapiola Etelä-Pohjanmaa. Work will take place in Seinäjoki with possible tasks at other sites in South Ostrobothnia and optional remote work. One adviser will join the Electronic Services team, focusing on high-quality customer service and actively identifying selling opportunities in messages in our online services. The other adviser will join the Multichannel Customer Service team, ensuring high-quality service across office, phone, and chat channels and proactively pursuing sales opportunities to grow customer relationships across offices, phone, and chat. You will be a key person responsible for life protection of both existing and new customers, ensuring customer satisfaction by offering LähiTapiola’s advanced solutions. You will map customers’ life situations and needs to offer the best possible overall solution. You have excellent customer service skills and a desire to work with customers. We offer multi-channel service with a preference for electronic channels and flexible working hours (weekdays shift between 08:00 and 16:30). We pay the Insurance TES pay grade D at 2384 €/month plus sales commission and annual performance bonus, and provide various employee benefits such as lunch benefit and other well-being services.”,
