Construction Supervisor

We are recruiting for a Construction Supervisor position in Rovaniemi for a renovation project. The role requires a university-level qualification relevant to the field, and at least 4 years of prior experience in supervisory roles. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, good organizational ability, and the capacity to work autonomously are essential, as are solid IT skills. Your duties will include traditional supervisory tasks such as work supervision, scheduling, and resource allocation. The successful candidate will be hired directly by our client on a permanent basis. Start date to be agreed. Salary is negotiable based on experience. We expect you to have a degree relevant to the field, prior supervisory experience of at least 4 years, good communication and organizational skills, the ability to work independently and responsibly, and fluent IT skills.
