Experienced Thai Massage Therapist

The Thai Massage Therapist will be responsible for providing professional Thai massage and wellness treatments to customers of Acacia Wellness Spa while maintaining high standards of customer care, hygiene, and professional service. Main duties include: - Providing traditional Thai massage treatments using professional techniques and industry standards. - Performing wellness, relaxation, therapeutic, rehabilitation-oriented, and body alignment massage services tailored to customers individual needs. - Applying traditional Thai massage techniques and therapeutic bodywork methods to support customer well-being, relaxation, and physical recovery. - Assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate massage and wellness treatments. - Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive client experience. - Maintaining treatment rooms, equipment, and hygiene standards in accordance with company policies and Finnish regulations. - Supporting the daily operations of the spa and assisting with customer care activities. - Promoting customer well-being through professional massage services and wellness guidance. - Following company policies, workplace safety requirements, and Finnish employment regulations. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS - Thai Massage Certificate (minimum 150 hours training or equivalent). - Certification in Thai Bone Alignment, Thai Rehabilitation Massage, or equivalent traditional Thai therapeutic massage training. - Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Thai massage, wellness services, spa operations, or related therapeutic massage work. - Experience as a Spa Manager, Spa Supervisor, Salon Owner, or in a senior wellness professional role is highly advantageous. - Knowledge of traditional Thai massage techniques, therapeutic bodywork, rehabilitation-oriented massage methods, and body alignment techniques. - Ability to provide professional wellness, relaxation, therapeutic, rehabilitation-oriented, and body alignment massage services. - Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a professional spa team. - Experience serving international customers is considered an advantage. The position requires professional knowledge, skills, and experience in traditional Thai massage techniques, rehabilitation-oriented massage methods, and body alignment massage practices. The candidate must be able to provide authentic Thai wellness treatments in accordance with professional standards and deliver high-quality services within a professional spa environment.
