Billing Service Manager

We are seeking a temporary Billing Service Manager to lead a skilled expert team in invoicing services, contributing to development projects and change initiatives. The position begins as soon as possible and is planned to last until 2027-12-31. The salary depends on the candidate's experience and ranges from €4,500 to €5,000 per month. In addition to acting as the first-line supervisor, you will develop processes and ensure targets are met, provide expert support to the team, and promote team well-being. You will guide the team in daily operations, organize work, manage resources, prioritise tasks, participate in development projects and lead changes together with experts, monitor activities, report results, and use information for decision-making. You will develop billing processes and ways of working with various stakeholders, collaborate with partners and system vendors, and handle personnel leadership tasks according to the annual plan. You may also take part in operational duties such as approving invoices and shift planning.
