Missions Program Manager / Senior Missions Program Manager responsible for delivering a complex Satellite Mission program end-to-end. Location: Sweden or Espoo. Department: Missions Programs. Reports to: Program Director. Employment type: Permanent. Workplace model: Remote / Hybrid / Office. Must attain Swedish Security Clearance. You will orchestrate the full lifecycle of customer missions—from contract execution through delivery—working across engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams to ensure programs meet commitments and deliver high-quality, scalable mission delivery. Expected outcomes include delivering satellite mission programs on time and within budget, building long-term customer relationships, establishing and driving program plans, identifying and managing risks, and ensuring effective reporting and communication among teams and leadership. Requirements include: 5–10 years of proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs involving advanced technology systems; strong customer-facing experience; ability to lead cross-functional teams; expertise in program planning, execution, and governance; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences; fluent Swedish (native level) and ability to obtain security clearance. Nice-to-haves include satellite or complex system program experience, government/defense exposure, knowledge of hardware/software/embedded development, product development experience, Master’s degree, PMP/PgMP or equivalent certification.
